The content of the Micro Live Project of irrigation motor is providing highly efficient irrigation systems which include:

• Irrigation motor pump: this is highly efficient pump intended to absorb water from low level wells and rivers.
• Piping system: this include durable water pipelines intended the distribution of water according to the farmer’s needs.
• After properly installation of the irrigation motor system into the farms, the expectation is to achieve 25% increase of crop yields.
• Ensure that all provided motor systems are in operational during their life span and benefited by the community.
• Strengthen community resilience by enhancing food security throughout the region

 The impact of the project

The provision of irrigation systems through micro live project support has economic and social impacts. Moreover, these initiatives fostering agricultural crop yields and increase incomes for the needy farmers which ultimately increase the farmer’s standard of living enabling them for better access to sustainable live, education and healthcare.

Socially, sustainable and reliable farming helps vulnerable families to establish their living standards and maintain steady income while participating support of the entire families through social zakat mechanisms which require them to purify their wealth by paying compulsory zakat from the crop yields to the poor people as instructed by religion as this will lead the circulation of wealth through the entire social and hence participating creation of more jobs.
